My Story

 

 

Frieda Vollenhoven is a South African gospel singer-songwriter from

Athlone, Cape Town, known for crafting a distinct sound that tells

authentic stories of Faith, Grace and Hope.

 

Her musical journey began at a young age, shaped by the sounds

of her Christian household and inspired by her God fearing Mother.

Rooted in her faith, Frieda Vollenhoven writes and performs to

proclaim Jesus Christ through every song. She released her debut single "God’s Grace Is More" in 2017, and has since built a catalog of 12 original songs.

 

Two of her tracks, "God’s Grace Is More" and "Nation", earned nominations and are featured on DStv with accompanying music videos.

Her song "Give Me You" also has an official video that rotates

regularly on the platform.

 

Frieda Vollenhoven has performed at various concerts,

youth gatherings, and church functions across South Africa,

connecting with audiences through messages of encouragement

and worship. As a wife, mother, and artist, she places God

first in all she does, allowing her role in family life to shape and

deepen her music.

 

Currently working on new projects, all of Frieda Vollenhoven’s music is available on digital platforms
